Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

Sustainability is engineered into every stage of operations at AM Group, a trusted sustainable garments manufacturer in the USA. Our dyeing facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) capable of recycling 250,000 gallons of water every day. This reclaimed water is fully reused within our processes, dramatically reducing freshwater consumption and minimizing environmental impact. The ETP stands as a core pillar of our commitment as a sustainable garments company in the USA — driving responsible manufacturing, resource efficiency, and a cleaner future for the industry.

Solar Energy and Environmentally Friendly Dyes

As part of our commitment to cleaner, more efficient production, our facility is powered by a 500 kW solar energy system that significantly reduces dependence on conventional electricity. This renewable infrastructure offsets a major share of our daily energy needs, lowering emissions and supporting long-term environmental responsibility. The solar installation reflects why AM Group is recognized among sustainable fabric manufacturers in the USA investing in clean technology to drive both operational efficiency and a greener future for the textile industry.

Chemical (ZDHC level 3)

AM Group ensures that every stage of its dyeing and washing processes meets the highest global standards for responsible chemistry. All dyes and chemicals used across these operations are ZDHC Level 3 approved — the industry’s most stringent benchmark for environmentally safe inputs. This commitment helps minimize harmful discharge, improve water quality, and significantly reduce our overall ecological footprint. By adopting ZDHC-certified chemistry, AM Group reinforces its position as a leading sustainable garments manufacturer in the USA, dedicated to cleaner production and a more sustainable textile future.
